MEETINGS

The Monday* meeting is where everything happens and how we organise and plan things. They are held in the venue 6pm every Monday and online.

*except Bank Holidays

Meetings are either open, where anyone can come along or volunteer only. They take place in the venue and online. They are advertised through our programme on the website.

1st Monday

Open meeting or General Meeting of volunteers

2nd Monday

Open programming

This meeting is open for anyone to purpose programming ideas not just volunteers.

3rd Monday

Caretaking

Volunteers meet to talk about running the building and other general things outside of the programme.

4th Monday

Programming Development

Volunteers discuss programme development ideas but also propose new things.

5th Monday

(rarely happens)

Programme Development Special -

Volunteers use this meeting to discuss themed programming ideas and other things.
