Our rules are also simple: you bake a pie, bring it along, and share it with other pie-loving bakers. We want everyone to leave with a full belly and a smile. Each baker can bring one non-baking guest, but for this meeting, there might even be some non-baking places for Star and Shadow patrons to enjoy.

The theme for this special meeting at the Star and Shadow is Film Pies, but as ever, we encourage you to be as creative as you want with it. The more tenuous a link to the theme the better, in our opinion, as we love to hear the explanations. 

Don't worry if you've never baked a pie before, or you don't think you're an expert baker. We're a lad back bunch who are convinced that no pie is a bad pie. 

There's no competition between bakers - we just want everyone to have a great time.
