Based in an old warehouse in Mexico City, Polka Madre is made up of an international cast of musicians who find universalism in polkas infused with Yiddish, Gypsy Eastern European and esoteric influences. If you like the gypsy films before, or Gogol Bordello, this is a (sweaty) must.
