This is a Sunday night show not to be missed.  Newcastle four piece The Slowlight Quartet have been making waves in the Newcastle jazz scene over the past year.  They ended 2013 on a mega high playing a killer set as main support for Stuart McCallum (cinematic orchestra).  People wanted to buy CDs but sadly there were none, this has now changed and the time has come for them to release their EP 'In Flight' which will be performed to a spectacular visual backdrop in the Star and Shadow Cinema. They will also add a string quartet (slowlight strings) to the line up as an extra twist to tantalize your musical taste buds.
