¡VAMOS! Festival 2011 returns for its 5th year for 5 weeks between 4th June - 10th July 2011 with lively and inspiring events from Spanish and Portuguese speaking cultures with a varied programme of contemporary and traditional music, dance, films and talks across Newcastle and Gateshead.

The Star and Shadow Cinema will be showing 4 excellent films from South America as part of the Vamos Festival, never shown in Newcastle before, and from 3 different countries: Mexico, Brazil and Uruguay.

¡VAMOS! Festival is an annual festival celebrating Latin and Lusophone (Portuguese) speaking cultures with events across North East England.
