Come join the North East, Wear and Tees WASPI women as we launch their fundraising single, the 'WASPI NEWTS Anthem' - just in time to make a surprise Christmas number one! Recorded last year with the North East Socialist Singers (NESS), the campaign will raise vital funds to support the work of the WASPI campaign; 'Women Against State Pension Inequality', fighting for justice for the women born in the 1950's affected by the Governments devastating changes to state pensions.

 

The event will feature contributions from WASPI sisters, politicians and supporters. There will be a live performance of the Anthem and live music from the NESS, The Workie Tickets before we dance the night away to DJ Hot Scran as the event become the WASPI NEWTS Christmas party!
