This will be the first year celebration of the Star and Shadow Market which runs every other month.
The market showcases new designers and artists as well as offering a place for individuals to sell 2nd hand and recycle high quality goods. Each event introduces new stalls offering a mix of fantastic and unique goods that you won't find on the highstreet. A fantastic place for gifts and bargain hunting, as well as a great place to seek out contemporary art and competitively priced treasures from talented designer makers.
This market we'll see stalls from the likes of:
Miskellaneous (artwork, cards from illustrator Sarah Miskelly)
Dolls and Molls (handmade kitsch jewellery from Emily)
Black Flame Books (2nd hand and hard to find books)
Handmade Burlesque clothing from Catherin Burns (Bordello Bordello)
Delicious Homemade Vegan Food from Lucy Hammond
and tons more

As its our 1st birthday, we've decided o make the day extra special by having 3 bands playing throughout the day.
These bands are:
The wonderfully ethereal Dirty Diamonds, who played for us at our November market.
The talented folk band, Happy Valley Clan (www.myspace/happyvalleyclan)
The great sounding rock/indie band Sourpretty, who played Freevolution festival last year (www.sourpretty.co.uk)

Also the bar will be open serving hot and cold drinks (one of the cheapest bars in town) and yummy cakes are also available.
