Tickets: 5 pounds children, 7 pounds adults
The winning team of storyteller Chris Bostock and Composer/ musician, Ken Patterson are back following their success last year with The Snow Bear
Chris tells the charming story of little Possum who collects starlight from the night sky. When his mother is ill, he is sent out alone into the big wide world to find his own food. Fortunately he meets helpful and friendly animals along the way who teach him about friendship, science and nature. But, lost in the dark, he has to find his own way home again…..by starlight.
This intimate and traditional show for children is told with wonderful storytelling and simple props. It offers a perfect alternative Christmas treat…. and the audience will be given some starlight to take home.
Chris Bostock is one of our region’s best loved storytellers. His stories have entertained young audiences for over 30 years. He has appeared in schools, theatres, festivals and community venues throughout the North East and beyond and is currently appearing monthly at Northern Stage where he tells stories from around the world.
