In collaboration with the CIC Ecomodulor, we are presenting an introduction to a new Community Led Housing project. The aim of the project is to put together a proposal to build accomodation and workspace for cultural creatives based within a couple of miles of Newcastle city centre. 

Anyone who is interested in the concept of providing community solutions to housing and workspace that is cooperatively designed from the bottom up is welcome to come along.

We are looking for members to join the group and develop the proposal and/or co-create, design and deliver the building.

We will describe the project as it currently stands and also the funding that we have secured to develop this proposal. We will then open the floor to questions about what we do next and how you might wish to take part and contribute.
