Currently it is open on:

 

Sundays 12noon -5pm,

 

Mid week baking session (if you get a level 2 food hygiene cert)

 

And for other events as requested.

 

The positions available are Level 1 and Level 2. Level 1 is serving at the counter. Level 2 is baking, cooking, making up sandwiches and handling food.  Level 2 needs a food hygiene certificate which is an on-line course the Star & Shadow will pay for.

 

This induction is for Level 1. And for giving information on Level 2.
