Fri 3 August 2018 // 19:00 / Cinema *

Narrated by stars such as Joaquin Phoenix, Rooney Mara and Sia, Dominion uses drones, hidden and handheld cameras to expose the dark underbelly of modern animal agriculture, questioning the morality and validity of humankind's dominion over the animal kingdom. While mainly focusing on animals used for food, it also explores other ways animals are exploited and abused by humans, including clothing, entertainment and research.

This special screening will be followed by a Q&A session with local activists from the animal rights organisation Anonymous for the Voiceless (https://www.anonymousforthevoiceless.org).
