Tonight's regular caretaker meeting slot is especially convened around confirming the annual maintenance agenda is up to date as being up to code is up to all of us. This includes confirming internal and external building inspection and checks, equipment and system cleaning and serving, emergency lighting battery drain, and looking at log books/first aid kits/risk assessments and training records.
