Star and Shadow volunteers know that times are hard for people and only going to get worse during the winter. At the same time we have a warm building, plenty of space and a commercial kitchen. We want to show solidarity with actions rather than warm words.
This is a space where Shieldfield people & volunteers can come and take part in activities, talk to each other, enjoy a free hot meal and access a free community larder - no questions asked.
We want people to get involved in organising this project: to see it grow and thrive, so if you like what you see, speak to a volunteer about taking part. Everyone is welcome.
