Welcome all new and current volunteers who want to programme and support the programme at the Star and Shadow.

The Programming Development meeting this week will be held in the building initially to gather the starting point for the "welcome to programming" meeting special. The discussion will continue into the online meeting at 7pm so people who cannot make this time/space can join the group.

We want to get the email list up and running again, share new ideas that have been proposed at recent meetings, and the meeting will centre on refreshing and updating programmers and all volunteers about programming and to agree on the Programming meeting agenda, confirm programmers responsibilities, and describe how we support each other both using the email list and through attending meetings.

As it is challenging to get everyone's input from large groups when a meeting is both in person and online, we hope that by inviting the meeting to start in person and shortlisting recommendations and proposals during this time, that this will be useful for those people joining online and enabling the meeting move forward to a conclusion with jazz hands all round.
