A slightly rough around the edges but poignant on the road documentary following the aqua-strokes of Dave 'The 300 mile swimmer' Young, captured over an 18-month period and shot against some quite stunning North of England backdrops.

As the film gathers pace and some phenomenal media support, the reason behind the mile a day challenge is revealed, which faces the viewer with some hard-hitting subject matter around the subject of mental health.

The documentary is interspersed with interviews with the mental health charity Mind and explores the subject of bi-polar disorder, weighing up the pros of natural therapy versus pharmeceutical medication.
