Made for just under $200 by a small village in Uganda, Who Killed Captain Alex is a heart-warming and action-packed love letter to cinema.

Captain Alex (Kakule William) was on a mission to defeat the Tiger mafia, but he was murdered by an unknown person. To avenge his brother, Bruce U (Bukenya Charles) takes on the mafia leader, Richard (Sserunya Ernest). All this happening while VJ Emmie is on the microphone!
