The Doctor is BACK at the Star & Shadow Cinema! We’re continuing the 60th anniversary celebrations of our favourite Time Lord for our TV on the Big Screen strand by giving you the chance to see one of their greatest adventures.

Join us to travel with the 2nd Doctor and his companions Jamie and Victoria as they get caught up in an expedition to the ice planet of Telos. The financiers of the expedition, Eric and Kaftan, plan on resurrecting the long dormant Cybermen buried in their underground tombs in the caves of planet Telos, hoping they will give them ultimate power!

We will be showing all four episodes starring Patrick Troughton as the second incarnation of the titular time traveller, it is the earliest serial known to exist in its entirety starring the 2nd Doctor. Regarded as one of the shows greatest stories of all time, which makes it even more special to see on the big screen.

As usual for our TV on the Big Screen events a Q&A will follow our main event so please bring your questions and be ready for a discussion! Dressing up as your favourite Doctor, companion or villain is encouraged, and there may be a few more surprises to be announced about the night in weeks to come, so keep your eyes peeled to our social media!
