Geordie Film's Class presents the classic British Kaiju Creature Feature: Gorgo!

Coming from the dark depths of the sea, a recently discovered, colossal, reptilian creature is captured and paraded around London for a quick buck from paying customers. But, when it is revealed that the creature is only a newborn, the angered mother is quick to come charging in desperate protection, causing unprecedented damage and destruction to the Capital of the United Kingdom. 

A lecture will be presented following the film, discussing the Kaiju film's mutability and its exploitation of trauma - the core themes, to round out the end of our Kaiju season.
