So, the apocalypse has finally arrived. The world outside is now a hostile mash of feral kids and building stripped bare. Then come into the Star & Shadow where we’ve created a safe-haven made of whatever we could find and with the help of the few good people left alive and join us for a party, which is about the only thing left to do to take our minds off the mess we’re in. Inside you’ll find the finest in makeshift housing, found provisions, DJs, projections, games, and similarly desperate souls.
Plus you’ll get the chance to join our end of the world cult, which is now bigger than Christianity and looking for enthusiastic new recruits. And who knows, maybe you’ll be the lucky one to be chosen as sacrifice for our wonderful new god?
In the main room we’ll have DJ Richard Dawson, Endless Race’s Yaron and Kuba Ryniewicz, playing some of the finest records to survive the apocalypse, from dance rarities from around the world to just plain inexplicable oddities, disco, Italo-Disco, Afrobeat, House, and possibly even some Tibetan Disco.
There’ll also be a second room with a live set from Lone Toke and more DJs, as well as footage from our beloved apocalypse, the Great Cleanser, to remind ourselves how blessed we are.
