Annual Caretaking review Meeting:

Please join us for this special convened meeting around confirming the annual maintenance agenda is up to date and we are fully operational as a building. 

Items include:-

- internal and external building inspection, including guttering and drainage and roof clearance, heating and extraction, water system, emergency lighting, general servicing, first aid kits and accident book checks

- plan training schedule if time allows

- any other business

- tea and biscuits/coffee and cake

Using any updates from the regular caretaking meeting and log and inspection books as well as on the spot visual inspections with ladders at the ready.
