Free, sociable, writing group. Composed of beginners and pros alike! We convene in the spirit of-
* Sharing writing sources and prompts
* Sharing ideas
* Reading out independent writing to the group
* Giving thoughtful feedback to peers
* Learning from guest workshops
* Recommending books
* Group meditation
* Group writing exercises
* Telling stories
Only material needed is your smartphone or notepad, for writing. Inkeeping with Star and Shadow ethos - welcoming, beginner friendly, accessible, safe space. Each week varies, if you’re curious, please come along- no pressure to participate!
When? Sundays 2pm- 4pm. Please arrive in time for 2pm start, we’ll have breaks throughout.
Where? Star and Shadow Cinema space - Sometimes Venue space or Green room- numbers dependent! Ask at the cafe when you arrive and they'll tell you where we are :)
