What do you do when your neighbour goes completely wild?

Award-winning director James Dawson’s new documentary is set in the rolling hills of Devon, telling the story of two neighbouring farmers who share the same name but take radically different approaches to land use. 

In equal parts hilarious and moving, the film shines a light on the vital debate surrounding the future of rural Britain, encouraging conversation around how farming and nature restoration might work together.

There will be a panel discussion following the film, on the panel will be Jemma Clark, Alice McCourt, Jacob Foster and Stuart Johnson.

Bios:

Jemma is the founder of Bowlees Education Farm, a community-focused educational farm dedicated to connecting children, families, and vulnerable groups with nature, farming, and the countryside. Drawing on her background in education and a passion for outdoor learning, Jemma established the farm to provide hands-on experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and promote wellbeing. Through engaging farm-based activities, she strives to help people better understand where food comes from, develop a respect for the natural environment, and create lasting memories through meaningful experiences.
