OK, so the good news is that STARCADE wasn't immediately broken down and scrapped. It was just in rest mode!

STARCADE KEEPS GOING... KEEPS GOING... KEEPS GOING! 

Now, the 'even better' news; STARCADE's first comeback show (March 16th - STARCADE LIVES!) was such a great success, with minimal threats to 'do a Skynet', that it's been greenlit to keep going.

STARCADE's wheels shall be heard squeaking about the corridors of the Star and Shadow every third Sunday for the next three months.

Join the 'Cult of the Squeaky Wheel' and prevent Judgement Day. For they that squeaketh the loudest, shall be forever greased, and as long as STARCADE keeps going, badNews=0

Oh, and just so we're clear, this is a video game afternoon. Where you come and play games in the venue.

You knew that already, right? 

Also, if you like, you can donate consoles, games and controllers to the STARCADE inventory and even borrow what we have (bring returns to the next event). It's a bit like a library of games or something - or a Blockbuster Video, but one that when you donate or borrow something you have to update a text file on a computer that has a face. 

Finally, we may be recording or streaming during STARCADE, depending on volunteer capacity. Look out for more information about that during the event.
